Traffic Monitoring Technologies, LLC or TMT, was originally founded in 1997 as TMTI and is a company created and operated by traffic monitoring engineers, data analysts and traffic technicians.  Our primary focus is to provide services and develop products that support the traffic data collection efforts of Private Contractors, State, Local and Federal Transportation Agencies.

Consulting Services

TMT specializes in pneumatic road tube and multi-lane pneumatic sensors.  We were the first to develop mini tube (LPH-1) and mulit-lane pulse blocking pneumatic sensors (I-Blocker).  We continually test our products to ensure they maintain the highest quality standards.

ATR Installation and Maintenance Services

Over the past 20 years, TMT has been a prime and subcontractor on several ATR installation and inspection contracts with State DOTs and Federal Agencies.  Our expertise encompasses intrusive and non-intrusive sensor arrays and we handle everything...from soup to nuts.

TMT has consulted with several State and Federal agencies to help improve their traffic data collection programs.  Our knowledge has been used to help with data collection program development, RFP creation, technology upgrades, product testing and personnel training.

Research and Development

TMT's engineers and scientists are constantly researching new ways to provide our customers with the finest and most accurate data collection products and tools.  All of our products are continually field tested by both our personnel and some of our customers.  We have also been hired by State and private entities to provide R&D services to help with their data collection programs and product development.
